Food! Glorious food! Just polished off a breakfast quesadilla at the Irish bar in St Louis now im ready for the day - sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs and cheese (of course) wrapped in a potato pancake with potato wedges on the side… YUM!!

So is Tuesday morning for us now and we are just about to have breakfast/brunch at an Irish bar in st Louis..
Yesterday was fun packed.. Pic to follow.we had a few hours in Springfield IL had a wonder on the streets and visited some sites including the old state house where president Lincoln worked as a lawyer and where his campaign headquarters were…we loved soaking up the US history...
